My Grandpa

Yes, my grandpa does watch golf, but he does do some other things that most stereotypical grandparents don’t do.

In his spare time he usually puts on his old reading glasses and does some cross words for quite a long time, or he tries to find out more information about very distant relatives. The thing that really annoys my dad is that he shares this information to his kids that aren’t really interested in that kinda stuff.

Whenever we go to visit him in Nelson he always welcomes us in his deep voice by saying “Hello, hello hello!”  and lifts us up really high even though we are a bit old to be picked up. The sound I always hear at his house is the loud sound of his big grandfather clock going “Ding, dong, ding, dong”.

My grandpa’s skin is as pale and pink as a newborn baby, although it's not as wrinkly as most grandparents skin. He has a bald patch right in the middle of the top of his head and little grey hairs covering the rest of his head.

I have only one more thing to say about my grandpa, he is the funniest grandparent in the world.
